J. W. Pearson High School of Ganta City has finally emerged as the LMDI Year-4 Quizzing Champion for Nimba County after defeating the Levi H. Martin Baptist High School in Sanniquellie City. [L.H Martin Baptist School 70 – J.W Pearson School 245] .
“WHO’S MOVING AND WHO’S DROPPING”…The Government of Liberia owned J. W. Pearson Public High School of Ganta/ Gompa City in Nimba County one of three high schools that turned up for the City’s qualifying rounds has qualified for the final for the Nimba County championship in the National Academic Challenge Competition ( NACC) or the National Quizzing Competition of the Liberia Media for Democratic Initiatives (LMDI).

The Central Liberian qualifying rounds of the Liberia Media for Democratic Initiatives National Academic Challenge Competitions made of Bong Nimba and Margibi County (LMDI-NACC) open today at Ganta with Nimba County fielding at least 10 schools from Saclepea and Ganta to compete for the county’s semi-final at Sanniquellie tomorrow, Thursday, as Director John Kollie renews calls for urgently needed funds and support to the competitions.
